Although Mother Nature has not been entirely agreeable of late, Spring is right around the corner! The golf course will be open before we know it, and with that come a few updates!

Simulator Leagues have officially concluded, with the Tiger Woods league playoffs becoming a heavily anticipated family affair! Josh Gunnells defeats his father Tony 2 & 1 to capture the title of Tiger Woods Match Play Champion! Congratulations to Josh and Tony for making the finals, and congratulations to John Daggett for winning the consolation match and securing 3rd place.

With that, our simulator leagues have come to a close, and it’s time to talk Summer league play! Signups are now open! Our leagues will remain much the same as they did last year, with the exception that I will be heavily involved in all of our league play to offer as much help as I can. Signup sheets are in the golf shop on the tack-board. Please come in or call to register to ensure your name gets on the list.

April is a quiet month in terms of tournaments, apart from the first Iron Moose after the golf course opens. Our first club tournament will be the “Welcome Back Open” on Sunday, May 7th. This will be an 18-hole Modified Alternate Shot event that will shotgun start at 9:00 AM. Look for more info to come in the next few weeks.
